I ordered a smoothie through the app and waited for 10 minutes, but no one came to assist me. I decided to go inside, only to find six employees behind the counter laughing and chatting. When I inquired about my drink, they informed me that my order was lost and didn't offer any apology. They just continued their laughter. I recommend saving your money; the service here is simply not worth it.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, but the chicken was nearly burnt from overcooking. The bacon was also overly cooked, and they didn't even get my order right. I had requested two combos, but they forgot one of the fries and didn't include the correct condiments for my burger. Given the prices now, it was definitely not worth it.

Slow in the drive tru. Not everyone speaks English , so not getting the food the way we want some times. But ok
