I had a negative experience at a McDonald's location on Plymouth and Greenfield. However, when I visited the one on Greenfield and 8 Mile across from Northland Mall, it was a completely different story. The staff there were amazing and provided excellent customer service. The food I ordered was not only cheaper, but also hot and fresh. There was no wait in line, unlike my previous experience, where I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to take my order due to a car in front of me. Overall, I was very impressed with this location.
