She then called the floor manager, who acknowledged the issue. When I asked what I should do next, she told me I would need to pay the full amount. I explained that this wasn't my fault, and she responded that it wasn't hers either, blaming the problem on the app. She said there was nothing she could do to help. Her demeanor was rude, and ultimately, she told me I could take my food and leave. Is this really how you treat your customers? I wasn't seeking free food, so I decided not to take anything and just walked out. It was the worst experience!
This restaurant is quite popular and conveniently located near the airport and the Trans-Canada Highway. The service is exceptionally friendly, and there's easy, free parking available. They also offer drive-thru service and are open around the clock. I've been here both as a customer and as a delivery driver, and I always find the staff to be welcoming and cooperative. There are many options for dining in, and during the warmer months, outdoor seating is available as well. Plus, there's a gas station nearby, which is an added convenience.
The fries I got were cold and hard. McDonald's is known for having some of the best fries in the world, but sadly, this batch fell short of that standard. I even reached out to the restaurant to let them know I was at the airport and didn’t have access to a microwave, asking them to make sure everything was fresh. Everything else was fine; the coffee frappe and the BLT McMuffin were decent. However, the fries, which are usually the highlight of my meal, were a big letdown this time.
I frequently have issues with my orders being incorrect at this location. I even found a very long hair in my food after using the drive-thru. When I went inside to address the issue, the manager with a shaved head insisted that it didn’t come from their kitchen and replaced my food, but once again, my order was wrong. This is by far the worst McDonald's I've been to. If possible, try the one on Paul Street instead.

The service was satisfactory, but it was not ideal for a French-speaking restaurant to have only an English-speaking cashier. I'm bilingual, but my boyfriend knows very little English, which made communication challenging. I also checked the ladies' restroom, and it was in a terrible condition—clearly hadn’t been cleaned at all.
I really loved the new Habana chicken sandwich, and the shake was even better than during my last visit. I appreciated that it wasn't as syrupy this time around!
Everything met my expectations perfectly. The coffee was consistently hot and delightful, while the hash browns were crispy and fresh.
The fries were overly salty, rendering them inedible no matter where you are. This is an issue that could easily be remedied.

Once again, our McFlurrys were only half full. If I had wanted a snack size, I would have ordered one instead.
The service was disappointing, as I had to wait a long time for my crispy chicken meal.
