I had a really disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The only interaction I had was when my order was taken, and even then, the staff kept asking if my order was complete with each item. The employees were quite unfriendly. The woman at the first window didn't even make eye contact with me; she just handed me the payment machine without saying anything and closed the window. I didn’t receive a receipt, and I wouldn’t have had time to ask for one anyway. When I got to the second window to pick up my order, I waited another five minutes without a single greeting or goodbye. They just handed me my order and that was it. On November 5th around 11:20 PM, I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. The wait for assistance was extremely long, even though I could see several employees inside the restaurant. I ended up waiting for more than 45 minutes! When my order finally came, the food was cold, and the sauces I needed for my nuggets and fries were missing. I was very hungry and quite disappointed. The customer service was lacking.

If you're unable to have more than one employee on staff, it may be worth considering closing the restaurant. Waiting 30 minutes for food at 6:45 in the morning is simply unacceptable. This has not been a problem in the past. It might be beneficial to temporarily close until you're able to operate with a full team during regular hours.

The wait time is pretty lengthy. Thankfully, I got here early enough before my shift. I've already been waiting for 14 minutes—10 minutes just to place my order, and now I've spent an additional 4 minutes waiting to pay and receive my food. Réservez une table maintenant

The restaurant is consistently unclean and often gets orders wrong—I had mine mistaken three times during one visit. Moreover, it takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to get your food.

The self-order kiosks often run out of paper, and there are flies buzzing around the ketchup station. It's an average spot, but certainly not the best!
