Just wanted to send a shout out to the staff at this location for a clean restaurant, speedy service and most of all impeccable customer service. While eating here today I saw a physically challenged couple try to enjoy a little lunch. The lady was in a wheel chair with severe physical impairment and the gentleman faced other challenges. The employee who delivered their food to their table took the time, during busy lunch hour, to assist them with preparing their oatmeal and coffees and made sure they were comfortable before she went back to the kitchen to her other duties. It is the simple moments witnessed that remind me of the hope for humanity. Kindness still exists.
Recently went to this location when in the area, placed my order on the app and picked up in the drivethru. Got to my final destination to discover my order was incorrect. I gave my feedback in the app to which Alex contacted me and was very polite. Did great service recovery and offered me options to correct the mistake. I was not expecting any response from my feedback/complaint so I wanted to share the McDonald’s cares, pays attention and Alex wants to make things right! Thank you Alex!
I absolutely love this place. The design and layout are amazing, with a modern and high-tech look. The kiosk machine is a nice touch and the staff was attentive and super fast. Tiffany, the assistant manager, was incredibly friendly. The only thing missing is some dark windows and candles to make it perfect. I love everything about this place.
I am giving this restaurant 4 stars because it was well-maintained and the staff were very friendly. The food was served quickly. One thing that could be improved is the sweet tea - it had too much sugar. I enjoy sweet tea, but there can be too much sweetness. If this is adjusted, I would happily give a 5-star rating.

This restaurant is consistently attentive and my order is always delicious! Unlike many other places where employees don't acknowledge you, the staff here always greet with a smile and say "thank you" or "you're welcome." It's reassuring to be acknowledged when I interact with them, and I truly appreciate it.
Visited this McDonald's twice. It is clean. Comfortable seating and decor is up to date. Wonderful customer service!
