During our visit to the restaurant, we encountered some communication issues with the person taking our order over the speakerphone. It took several attempts for them to accurately record our order. However, upon reaching the pick-up window, the service was efficient and the staff member was knowledgeable. This was the first time I had seen someone in Texas wearing a headset who actually knew what they were doing. I wish all fast-food restaurants had employees like her.
This McDonald's drive-thru is the fastest I've ever experienced. The food was hot and fresh, and they provided condiments when asked. The service was friendly, with a smile and a thank you given when I expressed my gratitude. If I find myself back in this area of Fort Worth, I would definitely return to this location.
Went through the drive-thru. Got two fish filet sandwiches with no cheese, extra sauce. They charged me for the extra sauce, but did not give me credit for leaving off the cheese. I think these should counter act each other. The sandwich was good. Quick, friendly service too.Food: 4/5
The lady Hispanic workers acting like they do not know English and very racist to black customers.... smh. I seen it with my own eyes. Very disrespectful. It took them my entire lunch of 30mins to give my coworker her 6nuggets and small fry.... Réservez une table maintenant
This place sucks! The manager must have only gone up to 8th grade. They are always asking for cash only. Their food is always over salted and stale. The employees are not Americam citizens and I will never eat here ever again!!!!!!!!!!!
Not the brightest employees!!! Not sure who thought it was a good idea to provide a toddler with spicy buffalo sauce inside the HAPPY MEAL!!! Hint! It’s for a child not an adult!!!
As far as McDonald's is concerned, that's good. Service was fast and polite, and they have my order right. Food: 3/5
