The woman on the speaker took about 5 minutes to come to the mic despite multiple attempts to hail them. Once she got there, she sounded Asian. She was impatient and switched to the back speaker and took their order, came back to us and totally messed upour order. We ordered two quarter pounders with cheese, no pickle no onion on an app deal buy one get one free. She added threeof the same burger and told us to pull up. When we got around to the third window, to my surprise, there was a truck waiting fortheir food. I didn't know there was anyone ahead of us. It took another 5 minutes for them to get their food. Drive thru is not as slow as it used to be but customer service is not one of their priorities. Ordered a happy meal for my 5yr old daughter, a long with a couple of sandwiches, and they didn 't put the nuggets in her happy meal. When I came back through, Ialso noticed they were a little light on the fries(and who doesn 't like the fries), so I asked about that, and I was met with, this is a kids fries, and this is a small fries, that 's what you get! . I was flabbergasted that a multimillion ???? fast foodrestaurant couldn 't come off some more fries, when they didn 't even give us all of our food, and then rudely usher us off as ifwe didn 't matter. DISAPPOINTED ????
The drive-thru is definitely quicker than before, but the customer service feels lacking. I ordered a Happy Meal for my 5-year-old daughter along with a couple of sandwiches, but they forgot to include the nuggets in her meal. When I went back to fix the mistake, I also noticed the fries were disappointing (and who doesn’t love their fries?). When I asked about it, I was told, "These are the kid's fries, and this is a small fries; that's what you get!" I was completely taken aback by that response.
The worst McDonald?s in Northern Virginia. I attempted to visit this McDonald?s for the first time tonight. The doors said the dining room was open until 11pm, but when I tried to enter at 10:20PM they had the doors locked!!! I then attempted the drivethru. It wrapped around the building and was not moving at all. I sat in line for 15 minutes and finally gave up after we didn?tmove at all. I recommend you avoid visiting this location as they are clearly inept at running a QSR.

Usually eating from there after everything else is closed, on a normal day their ice cream machine works, and their food isn 't bad, but recently machine is broken and their Icy Cola smells like old wet rug, plus one of their new employees that works evening shift got hella annoying attitude, and constantly repeats is that all?! Seriously, next time I 'll just keep on adding the cheapest item every time they will ask me that again, challenge accepted ???? it will never end!

This McDonald's really is just always a mess. Terrible even for Mcdonald's standards.. 80% chance the order you get will be wrong and even when it's right it's cold and messily slapped together.. Haven't been here in months and probably wont be back ever again after this as nothing has changed or improved. Do yourself a favor and go to Chik-fil-a or Wendy's right across the street. Or go to another McDonald's even if that is what you are craving.

This is not how iced mocha is given. This is a wrong cover and it would have spilled on me. Mc Donald's should shut their fast food places. This huge truck delivering for MC Donald's had a rude driver who offloaded his delivery in the drive through causing a jam, customers complained, but all he could say was I am delivering . There was a lot of space for him to park his truck behind the store, but he chose to trouble people
