My food got cold while I dealt with an issue involving two staff members regarding my son's order. One of them had a poor attitude and showed no interest in assisting us; she claimed my order was canceled and had already shown it to my son. When I requested to see it myself because I was charged for it, another staff member attempted to show me an order with the same number but a different name. After a few minutes, she said she would go check for the receipt, and eventually, I received my food after a 30-minute wait. I was frustrated because they walked right in front of me without asking if I needed help. I had to ask, "Can someone help me? Hello?"
This place ALWAYS gets the drive thru order wrong! Wrong sodas, missing food, and they don’t understand the difference between honey and honey mustard, just to name a few things. The people are nice but they are extremely careless or just not smart. Check your bag before leaving bc the order is likely wrong somehow.
The only downside was that there were loud teenagers playing basketball who were asked to leave. However, the servers were very kind, and I would definitely return. Thank you!
A McDonald's that will live on forever in my life. Always good going to here no matter what the weather is.
