A number of the reviews I've read seem to either be incredibly ageist, provide little to no context in relation what else may have been occurring that day (longer lines, amount of available staff, machines not working due to no fault of their own, whether if these relate to past COVID protocol, etc. or going so far to make personal and demeaning comments about the staff who work here. Absolutely disgusting…Not only did the service suck too lazy to make a simple mcflurry “we aren’t serving mcflurries”, they triple charged my card and when i got home i realized they forgot my mother in laws meal, i ordered a quarter lb blt and they didnt even put the B….the fries mustve been triple salted because they were absolutely disgusting, im not against seasoning, im married to a latina for goodness sake….im not one of those “salt sensitive” people….but this was ridiculous, the fries were actually inedible….So to recap. triple charged my card too lazy to make a mcflurry forgot my mother in laws meal salted fries to the point of being putrid forgot the bacon on a bacon cheeseburger…Th...
Generally I have considered this one of the better Mickie Dee's in KW, but we went last night (Dec 7, 2023) and found this please in dire need of cleaning and majntwnance. The men's washroom faucet needs repairs, washroom needed cleaning. Family washroom sink had grime caked on it. Toilet badly needed cleaning. Drinks were coming out mildly cool. Potentially just changed the syrup bag though. Ketchup dispenser was covered in small flies. It was very gross, quite disconcerting. I was worried the whole time I was going to eat a fly that was in my ketchup I didn't see.I hope they step up their maintenance and cleaning soon.
The service was good and fast, the bathroom was abysmal. Urine on the seat, toilet paper all over the floor, hand dryer doesn't work. The eating area isn't much better. There are multiple fruit flies around the self-serve drink area and where the napkins are. They're also appears to be mold of some sort growing there. It definitely hasn't been cleaned in a while. I don't think I'll be coming back here. If that's how they clean the front area and the bathrooms, I can only imagine what they're doing in their food prep area. I'm cautiously eating my food right now. Hoping for the best
Person on the drive thru unable to understand my order. Then missed an item that I needed to pay for at window. Told wrap would take a couple of minutes. Go park in spot one. Waited 10 mins. Walked in to find order had been lost. Waited another 10 min before getting the wrap. When I got home found the kids meal for grandson was missing. Overpaid and won't be back any time soon
Took 15 minutes from the time the receipt printed until the food came out.Wasn't busy at the time.Manager who handed me my food in a paper bag (was eat in not take away) neglected to also give me the drinks ordered.Another 5 minutes in line to get them, so by the time I was seated to eat, everything is cold.Restaurant is absolutely not up to standards.
