I had a terrible experience with the McApp at this restaurant. The staff seemed clueless about how it works. I ordered through the app and chose to pick up via the drive-thru. When I arrived and gave the code at the speaker, I was told to drive to the collection point. However, when I got there, my order wasn't on the screen. Instead of seeking help, I was told to drive around again. Frustratingly, I complied and ended up in a long queue of cars before finally getting my order. There was no apology, just a casual "oh hey". McDonald's really dropped the ball on this one.
Placed order on drive thru. My husband had chicken legend, thin piece of chicken soggy fries, I had fillet of fish, well, its been a while, but I used to love this fish in a bun! I was shocked at the size, the bun must have been frozen and defrosted in microwave too long, it was like eating a hard tuff piece of something!! disgusting, my fries were soggy too and to top it off it was not very warm. Coffee was ok but even that wasn't as hot as it usually is,needsome staff training we didn't get the correct sauces either Wont be rushing back to this McDonald's branch.
Used click and serve to place my order, parked at bay number 5. My food took a very long time to be made and brought out, and when it was eventually brought to us by a young girl with dark hair, she was miserable and walked really slowly. Our order was wrong, and when I asked her for sauce, she walked off shaking her head. Girl has a major attitude problem!!! She didn’t bring us any napkins, or check if we needed anything else, and I had to shout to her to get her attention. When it was time to eat, it was cold, and soggy.
I went back to the restaurant and they kindly replaced both meals. When I got home and tried my meal again, it was prepared correctly this time but still not hot enough. I was too frustrated to go back a third time, so I reluctantly ate my meal. Honestly, I have been to this particular McDonald's multiple times and have never had a satisfying meal. I suppose I keep returning because it is the closest location to me, but it may be time to find another place to spend my money.

The first time I’ve ever visited a fast food restaurant and the meal actually looked like the adverts! 2 lovely and hot, well made Big Mac and fries Restaurant sparking clean and so Covid conscious, with a friendly face on the door making sure that we all checked in for track and trace We were sure to tell the manager that we were delighted and will definitely be returning..... when diet allows
Went there for breakfast and there was a short and curly hair on my hash brown!..... absolutely disgusting. So dirty and the staff look like they were just dropped off in a spaceship ..... no idea what the hell they are doing. There are plenty of other Mc Donald’s that are very clean and the staff are good at their job...... this one though..... disgusting!
Just visited McDonald’s on Northfield Avenue Kettering (23rd March 2020) to collect my free meal as a worker at NHS as unfortunately closing today due to Coronavirus. All the staff were very professional even though it would be there last day at work. Looking forward to the re-opening hopefully not to far in the future
Used to go through the drive through every Saturday morning with my daughter for a breakfast. Now stopped because they get the order wrong nearly every time. If you go in, the staff ignore you if they can see you’ve been waiting ages. Dreadful place. AVOID!

This McDonald's in Kettering is top-notch. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food is hot and crispy. It's the perfect spot for a quick meal or snack.
Must be used by drive thro as not many seats and no upstairs. Food always cold as all MacDonald's now. When I took my wrap back 2nd one defo warmer.
