If you are going to order anything during breakfast or busier hours that is more than two items or a combo DO NOT ATTEMPT DRIVE THRU.I have had my orders wrong so many times in the past month that I am surprised when they are correct.Today I spent the morning sitting in one of the waiting spots while a employee walked around the parking lot struggling to figure out who ordered among myself and other customers.After waiting an extended period they got my order wrong twice to the point I just took whatever they had and left.This has happened to me personally more than a few times and had to walk in more than one occasion to reorder in person.Very poor communication or coordination among staff...
Just drive to red deer to order, it will probably take less time. Incredibly slow service, the person who took my order could hardly understand English and was very disrespectful. They gave me onions on my no onion, no pickle quarter pounder despite the sticker being on there and the manager wouldn 't replace it or refund me for a burger I can 't eat due to my allergies. Fries were undercooked which I didn 't even know was possible given they have timers. Waste of time, money, and effort, corporate needs to do something, make a surprise visit and see just how badly this place runs, what a joke. Management or corporate really need to fix something fast, but if they do, I won 't be back to see...
Terrible service. Never even gave us half of our order and the refused to give us the whole order. Told us that we should call the police if we wanted the rest of our order that we already paid for. I can’t even believe that a place like this would take our money and not even give us our order. Ridiculous. I will not be coming back.
Shoved my food in a bag with ripped up boxes and only gave a half serving of fries when I paid for a large fries. Watching through the drive-thru window staff looked very unorganized, and most stood there watching and not working. Surprised that the food was warm. Overall 2 star rating.
I know McDonald's is usually pretty fast and organized.But this store is exceptionally disorganized.Perhaps time has changed.Ordered a couple of things and had to come into the store to let them know you forgot this on my order and l didn't get this item.What a day that was ?
I am skip delivery driver ,here is one manager her name is PRINCESS Philippine lady and wear red glasses .she always shows rude behaviour against me all the time when I picked order and shows racism behaviour. I request mac d don’t support to these types of people at work .
