Amazing burger joint! I've been a loyal customer since I was 10, ever since the first McDonald's opened in the Philippines in 1977, and I intend to keep coming back for many years. They now provide free Wi-Fi, making it an ideal spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The staff is friendly and happy to have you stay as long as you like, which is one of the reasons I enjoy this place so much. It's convenient, offers some healthy choices, and everything is reasonably priced.
The restaurant has recently been renovated, although construction is still taking place at the back, which means the drive-thru isn't available at the moment. The interior is clean and spacious. My McMuffin and coffee were prepared promptly and met my expectations. However, I did have a negative experience with the staff; the person taking my order was not friendly at all. I was the one who had to greet him, which was disappointing in terms of customer service.
I visited the drive-thru with a mobile order and was surprised that it wasn't too busy for a Saturday night. However, my experience took a turn once I got home and tried the food. The oil used to fry the fries and nuggets tasted old—having worked at McDonald's in my youth, I recognize that flavor. The food was hot but stale and lacked any real taste. I also ordered 6 BBQ sauces, but only received 1. I don't usually go to this location, and now I remember why.
The team at this McDonald's was outstanding. Even with long lines and limited staff, they remained friendly, efficient, and welcoming to all customers, including travelers, visitors, and those in need. I’ve been here many times before, but it wasn’t until this morning that I truly appreciated how amazing the staff is. I definitely recommend visiting to enjoy their top-notch service. They usually handle the two order points quite well, such as confirming your identity when you pick up your order. However, recently, when I've been ordering online, a younger team at the drive-thru has given me cold fries and Hi-C instead of what I actually ordered. Despite this, I still received my food, and overall, I'm satisfied.
I placed my order without onions, but my burger still came with onions. They were also short one medium fries and gave us Hi-C instead of iced tea. The customer service was very rude, and I had to wait over 10 minutes to receive the correct burger.
This McDonald's location frequently gets orders wrong and is the slowest I have ever encountered. Employees who cannot speak English should not be taking orders if they're unable to read.
