This place has very sticky floors. So sticky your shoes stick like an adhesive and make noise. Food quality could be much improved. This is not the McDonald's of my childhood. Fries are very soggy and empty inside. Too oily and not crisp. In happy meal burgers have been stripped of sesame seeds, tomato replaced with ketchup, onion strips got replaced for onion bits. Is mind boggling how people accept this quality. My son doesn't like it! Smoothies and frappes, chicken nuggets are great though. We get them a lot...
Food was fresh and hot but the dining area needs to be cleaned and sanitized regularly. I also had an issue with my order and tried to avoid this by asking the cashier a simple question, does the drink come with my order. The cashier barely spoke English and kept saying yes to my question but didn't comprehend what i was asking. The manager got involved and provided me a refund and i was able to purchase a even sweeter deal. I prob wont be referring anyone to this location anytime soon.
I'm afraid to eat it. The man wiped the table with a broom, and a young man dropped his phone. She kept saying she didn't know. I don't know. My kid found hair eating a burger in there today. They say it's my kid's. Children with black hair, found golden inside, I will never come in to eat again, there are children eating, cleaning garbage cans. This lady. They say it's rude. This kid drops his phone, this guy's old, and the staff says it's none of his business.
I love those McDonald's that's been with for years. It is usually busy most of the time now that its unique location in the area, but I still have my orders really fast. I use the app to place my orders before time and I hardly wait to pick them up. UberEats orders from them are also perfect without errors. Thanks to Kovid, but a ton of kiosks, there is very little dive site to place your order. Place is open til 2AM, cannot complain.

Kiosk machine was very very slow. No one helped. Machine printed both refund and PAID Receipt at the same time??? Still got charged on bank statement! It even shows that I ordered the items through the Mcdonalds app. I'm not gonna cause a ruckus for over 38 cents. CLEARLY IT SAYS PAID. (RIP gift card) Service can't really do much about Kiosk. I'm NEVER go to this particular Mcdonalds store ever again.
Definitely like most other McDonald's, the taste was consistent of what I expect from McDonald's. The only issue is that the drinks and the fries did take an additional ten minutes to prepare for us. Aside from that it was a busy hour and the crew were working hard. These people seem to know what they are doing.
The McDonald's experience was good considering the time of day I visited and the breakfast option was decent. The seating was okay and the ambiance was average. The place was not too spacious but had enough room for the customers to come in and order. All in all a good experience.
Food was good but security was lacking. A homeless/mentally ill person came into the store and he didn't purchase anything but he kept harassing customers and the security guard did nothing but speak softly and didn't engage the disturbance. Didn't feel safe at the restaurant.

Employees are nice and they have a big work manager. Place is quite crowded at times, but the food tastes better than others. Friends are good. Only what I don't like is every time I have an apple cake, it's cold.
Food was good/average. A very busy place. Just make sure your order is on point. Sometimes they miss to put all the items that you ordered. Otherwise, a decent place for fast food.
