Mcdonald's - Réserver une table

We spend quite a bit of time traveling throughout the Riviera each summer. We stay in Theoule, and when we take trips over to St. Tropez or L'Estagnol, we go early in the morning to avoid traffic. (As an ex-New Yorker, traffic is my bane of existence. Don't catch me on a day when I've driven on the Belt Parkway). We have our routine down pat. We stop for gas at Puget. At this gas area is a boutique with a McDonald's on the premises. We stop for breakfast. And I'm here to tell you that the French McDo is far different and superior than the ones in the USA. The glass enclosures show off some pretty decent pastries. My better half, who is a Frenchman and grew up in Paris, tells me constantly that the croissant at this McDo are actually quite good compared to many he's had. Not the best-ever but quite good. While he enjoys his coffee, which is strong and just how he likes it brewed. I go for the chocolat chaud--which is fantastic. This ain't no watered down warm dishwater. This is hot chocolate that is just as good as some that I've had at higher end restaurants in Paris. The Wee-Fee also works so I can sit at the table and send emails to my family while enjoying our light breakfasts. Listen--for what it's worth. We're not talking gourmet goodness. It's a quick breakfast. In and out. It's inexpensive and decent. That's all that matters. The funny thing is that I won't go into a Mc Donalds here in the States because the food is so awful, but for a quick breakfast on the road in France--it's a different ballgame! Venue manger avec une amie vendredi à midi , restaurant très propre, un service parfait et attentionné, seul bémol les sandwichs de plus en plus petits. C’est très agréable d’avoir une dame à l’écoute et très souriante , qui a su nous expliquer pourquoi les sandwichs diminuent de taille alors que les prix augmentent,

J y suis allée vers midi trente avec ma fille et une fois de plus pas déçues !! Serveur au top, à l'écoute, réactif, attentionné, Et nous avons bien mangé Merci pour le caramel!!
