the most disorganized mcdonald's in which it was ever; at dinner, despite the restaurant was not crowded at all, the sandwich was cold, they forgot a part of the order, and they gave us a gazzosa instead of a coke. in the morning at breakfast they had finished milk (?!!) so they could not make any hot drink that expected it and they still made one of the orders wrong.
