Today, I received poor service when I asked for a full drink and only received one that was 70% filled. I hope the person who was rude to me is able to have a better day. I understand that working in the service industry can be difficult, but that is not an excuse for treating customers poorly. I ended up having to pay for another drink, which was not acceptable. I remained polite and thanked them in hopes of improving the situation, but there is only so much one can do.
From time to time the food is o.k. and the service varies. We have had bad experience with greasy (grease dripping from the hamburger) or lucky warm to cold meat and other times it was o.k. We have witnessed arguments between employees with the manager ignoring it and twice we witnessed the same 'lazy' employee who thought he was superior to the cashier. When things like this happen, simply write to McDonald's management and it will rapidly be taken care of.
Don't buy mcfluries when they are busy !!! We ordered it through the drive through. They make you wait only to get 1/2a cup full. When questioning them about it they say "that's what the machine spits out. Do you want me to fill it"? I can't believe that they would even serve this in the first place. They might have a friendly smile but not impressed.
We meet 5 days a week. The women sit together and the men sit together. We exchange ideas, good and bad news. The staff knows what we want. We just need to say hello and thank you. The place is friendly and very clean and walking distance to my home. The manager is young , shee greets us whenever she come for a business meeting with the staff.
Some times the service is great and the food well, it is fast food afterall. At times the burgers are greasy and disgusting, at other times it is a problem with the staff arguments that reflect on the customers. When something is terribly wrong, do not hesitate to let the management know about it.
