McDonald's - Réservation de table

I brought my 2-year-old daughter to this restaurant on a Sunday. We ordered a kid's meal, which took 20 minutes to arrive. I also ordered a large coffee, which they only brought out after the late kid's meal. The entrance to the play area had a two-foot drop-off instead of steps, causing my daughter to trip and fall on her face. When I went out to my truck to grab my phone (which was parked by the door), I found the front door locked at 5:50 pm, even though they close at 6. I knocked on the window until they finally unlocked the door. I quickly grabbed my daughter and left. Additionally, I had ordered fries with the kid's meal, which was not included. Overall, this place was a disappointment...

What is happening with the service at this McDonald's location? Every time I visit, I am asked to pull forward and wait, no matter what I order. Even simple items require a lengthy wait of at least ten minutes. How is it possible that my food arrives quickly without having to park? One would expect that since you've already pulled forward, the fries would be fresh and hot, but instead they are cold and stale. Overall, the service at this restaurant leaves much to be desired.

they have done a nice job remodelling though the childrens play area is ridiculous, only 2 kids can play at a time and it gets very boring very fast. we have had numerous problems with their drive through, sometimes ive been given extra food i...didnt pay for or order, sometimes ive been charged for extra food i didnt get and often they get my order wrong or forget straws. i now never drive away with out first checking through the bag and the receipt

I think every time I don't care if it's busy for breakfast or lunch time or not busy time they always ask me to prefer and wait. it is fast eating a basic breakfast sandwich and hashbrown should not last so long. used to be faster, but every time I go, it is a bit longer from a wait. service and eating are good, although only waiting times are longer then elsewhere I go.

This is the best McDonald's in all of Canada! Their coffee is always perfect and the service is great. We have been to McDonald's across North America and have never found one that can make good coffee like the one in Estevan, SK. If you want great coffee and very friendly service, head to Estevan!

Although I have eaten at this McDonald's on numerous other trips to Estevan, they have remodeled since the last time I was there. Very, very nice. Clean, friendly and modern. The Canadians always seem to pleasantly surprise me. If you like fast food, this would...definitely be a great stop.

McDonalds is a great burger place. They must be doing something right as they have been in business forever. For all the people that complain about the place, they still go there or they wouldn't or shouldn't have an opion. Great job McDonald's ! Réservez une table maintenant

Good food for the quick lunch. Maconalds is a little under staffed causing the line up for receiving your meal to get long. But the food was good ole MacDonalds food. The salads were fresh and tastie.

very good service, nice and clean facility, comfortable to sit and enjoy. coffee was nice and hot and ordered meal was well made. Thank you.
