I ordered 2 big mac meals and a happy meal for myself and my 2 children who are 12&8. It was delivered by just eat, the food was freezing and a burger was missing. I took it straight to the store where I was told to request a refund on the app. I advised the manager I didn't have the money to replace the food and wait for a refund (if I get one) from just eat. She said there was nothing she could do and walked away. I asked to speak to another manager as I was very upset because I didn't have £50 to pay out tonight for a mcdonalds. This manager said he would sort it for me and came back with 2 happy meals.i felt very embarrassed as customers had gathered around me because I was clearly upset...
I visited this restaurant for the second time despite saying I would never return. Unfortunately, nothing has improved since my last visit. The food was cold, I had to wait in the parking lot for my order instead of receiving it at the window, which took a long time. It seems like a strange way of operating to me, but to each their own. Upon arriving home, I realized that half of the items I ordered were missing from the bag. It was a complete disaster. I have said it once before and I will say it again - I will not be returning.
A few weeks ago, I attempted to dine at this restaurant, but they experienced a power failure after taking my order. I gave it another shot recently, and once again, their systems went down after taking my order. While it may not be the staff's fault, it's clear that Macdonald's needs to improve their infrastructure. If this has happened to me twice in the past few weeks, it likely occurs frequently at this location.
Picked up an order. Got home, and realised they had not put the burgers for the meals I the bag. Had to go back, and when I did, they had obviously been sat on the side since I'd left. Do not go to this restaurant, it is a terrible place. They never have milkshakes or McFlurrys, and there is always something missing from your order. Avoid this place at all costs. Food quality, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 1.

dip or go out, the Burger wraps are really delicious, but I wish the chips were served hotter than they are. they are prepared in advance so that they sit there cold until the time they get. overall I like mcdonalds.
