McDonald's - Réserver une table

it started with the reception not printing after the ordering on their computer plate. then waited over 5 minutes to get 2 big mac, 1 fry and a koks (and there were not so many customers.) the restaurant was dirty. Too bad I didn't have my phone to make photos. I even saw a customer asking for products to clean a table. they would think they would send someone to do it, but no, the woman washes her own table. When I opened my big mac, you could see that the flesh was all smashed. the new owners do better something, or they will close the restaurant at the end. for me I will not go back.

I wish they could get the orders right for takeout. Instead of pushing for faster service, they should slow down to confirm that everything that was ordered is in the bag before the customers leave. It often happens that there are no straws or no sauce for the nuggets or no napkins. I don't remember the last time I got everything I asked for. I now have to check in the bag each time to confirm it myself.

It’s been over a year and in that time there has not been 1 order that they have completed correctly. There are always mistakes in the order and the wait times are INSANE!

Price are out of mind, even the food is not tasty and not good the staff could understand one word by second but the playground was the best overall.

I ordered an angus beacon and cheese trio. the middle frits where the half is filled and the angus burger had not the bottom brot.

The restaurant was bustling, but the service was fast. The dining area was spotless. Overall, it was a delightful experience.
