Mcdonald's - Réservation de table

Absolutely terrible! As a Bradford resident, I have given this McDonald's too many chances. Every time I have placed an order, it takes an incredibly long time, the food is always cold and never fresh, and my order is never correct. Other customers have experienced the same issues and even speaking to the manager does not resolve the problem. The only way for improvement is for the entire Bradford community to boycott this location until the ownership changes or the incompetence is addressed. (For your information, the McDonald's at Walmart, owned by the same individual, is even worse.)

Went there Saturday June 24th at around 2am to get some food. Pulled up to the speaker to found out they’re not serving food??? Only drinks? This is a 24 hour drive thru. What do you mean you’re ONLY serving drinks at 2am?… pretty ridiculous how it’s suppose to be a 24 hour drive thru but yet they were ONLY serving drinks at 2am…So disappointing. I honestly feel like the workers did NOT want to make any of the food because there was no one there.Management needs to get this fixed.

This is the worst Mc Donalds I've ever went to the employees dont know how to give proper customer service and they talk so much while customers patiently wait so long for the meals. They are also easily triggered for no reason and dont make it pleasing to be served there. Many times I have gone there I've gotten hair in my food and witnessed others with hair in their food, its DISGUSTING.

They made about 20 cars wait as they let a man make a 150$ order in drive thru. Instead of asking him to wait aside or pickup inside, making everyone wait defeats the purpose of the drive thru ?‍The staff were rude to us and the food got cold by the time we got it. Every time, this location has a different excuse or something is missing. Badly need to improve. Disappointed repeatedly. Réservez une table maintenant

Went at 4am to get breakfast and i get to the drive thru speaker just for them to say they’re closed… if this is the case, you might wanna change your hours or hire more staff.

Ordered through drive-thru at 1:20 AM. Wait was very long but very worth it. The food (filet o’ fish, fries) was very hot and fresh—best McDonald’s I’ve ever had.Food: 5/5

25 min wait after placing the order, still preparing, order not showing on the display. They seemed to be totally confused. Disappointing service.Service: 1/5 Réservez une table maintenant

The service was lousy, we bought ice coffee through the Tru drive and when they delivered it to us they were hot because the ice had already melted.Food: 1/5
