I went through the drive through on the way to work to grab a coffee. The employee did not seal the lid and as she handed it to me it was spilled all over my arms and legs as I was in the drive thought....So now im sitting here with coffee burns all over my body and its all over the door or my car. Huge mess. Not only the mess but I was soaking wet and now will be late for work since I have to go home and change. I was handed a napkin and she said sorry have a nice day. I called to speak with the GM who wouldn't even get on the phone to speak with me. I received a McDonald's gift card and decided to have lunch at this location in December. I ordered a chicken burger and fries, but the food was terrible. The chicken burger was cold and tasted stale, indicating it had been sitting for a long time. The bun was dry and lacked mayo. The fries were warm with an excessive amount of salt. The meal was ready quickly, but it was clear why - the food had been sitting out for too long. The staff appeared to be inexperienced teenagers without supervision. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was also an issue. We will not be returning to this location, as there are plenty of other fast food options in the area. we were very tired travelling with kids for a family members funeral are kids are small they were very tired and crying we felt bad we told the young guy we were sorry we will eat out side so sorry the...manager said no you wont took us to the back of the restraunt brought us our food crayons and coloring stuff for our kids we felt bad because there was some elderly gentle men in the store i guess they were friends with her to she told them if you have any issues with noise you will deal with me all the seniors did was play with our kids thank you mc donalds and i no you didnt want any thank yous michelle but you made my family feel better even if it was for moments
It happened today kids. My worst burger ever was at Wendy's at Grand Prairie years ago. However, Sylvan Lake McDonald's is now the king! A simple order, a McDouble and a ice coffee. Ice coffee was excellent. The burger....well the pictures speak for themselves....It was made,then sat on there was no discernible patties), plus cold for some reason. I ate it (as I went thru the drive-thru) and for some reason was salty and not at all fresh and of course cold. Thanks McDonalds. Great job!!!
Have you ever been to a McDonald's where they refuse to take your order because they're too busy? Give this one a try. We waited at the register for several minutes (I timed it) and they informed us that they needed to catch up before they could take our order. We decided to leave and went to a different restaurant. This happened on a Saturday morning.
Literally one of the worst McDonalds' ever. The drive through is always slow. They usually get your order wrong. The food is always stale. I honestly don't think they clean their grease trap ever. It's dirty and the employees obviously don't care. The thing is,...it's McDonalds, how can you mess that up? This location found a way, congratulations.
