Recently holidayed in Broadbeach and stopped off at a service station for petrol and decided to visit the MacDonald's within this complex. Bad mistake.On entry there were plenty of available seating but to my surprise and disgust there was not one table cleared or cleaned that I could sit at.Whilst my husband ordered I asked for a cloth so I could clean a table to sit at. The garbages were full to overflowing and all tables had the remains of previous meals and drink containers littering the tables.The floors were ankle deep in food scraps and even empty drink bottles.The girl came out and cleaned a table for me and then proceeded to empty the garbages and put in new bags and cleared some of...
We visit this Maccas twice a week - not any more. Fed up with cold coffee, slow service, not even cappuccino - flat mud. Don't even ask for toastie or raisin toast - that is not even put in until the coffee is made. Ask for extra hot - does not work. $4.15 for a coffee that you can drink in one go. Also, I was overcharged and asked them to check - I was told no, you were charged the right amount. No, I wasn't - I checked on my card statement.
Worst macdonalds we have been to,it was our first time we've had a build your own burger.complete rip off,roll nice meat so so but you needed a magnifying glass to see the rest,one very small piece of bacon thee tiny pieces of onion and a teaspoon of cheese . The filling was virtually nonexistent the buns touch. Not a very clean place either ,owner obviously doesn't care about customers only the dollar .
We have Mcdonalds weekly and at least every three weeks our order is incorrect. Today its fries missing from our meal . deal order. I shouldn't have to check when I have placed an order and that order is paid for and then a screen shows what that order is; I mean how hard can it be when they are **** taught to upsell everything. I am over it. Might go where the burgers are better.

I took my son here for an experience in the "Create your own Burger" thing. We had fun with the touch screens and ordered a super customed couple of burgers. A little long on the wait but they were nice. Keep in mind that you pay for the privilage of doing it - our two meals cost just over $30! A couple of big mac meals would have been half that.
Conveniently located around the corner from where we were staying at Burleigh Heads, we visited this McDonald's twice - once for breakfast, and the second time for dinner (both take aways). We were a large group, served quickly and efficiently, and our food/drink orders were correct each time (including the 'create your own meal' choices).
A normal Maccas store, nothing special. Could do with a tidy up of the outside grounds, especially thru the drive thru, it's what we look at while waiting in line, come on manager / owner, make it look more presentable.
Hi just bought a thick shake and large fries , fries were half empty and cold very disappointed!!! How hard is it with a franchise this big to do cold food . ????

This place stands out for its fast service compared with many Maccas. The coffee was average. Many Tradies stop by for breakfast on the way to work.
