Every time I go, it is the slowest ever, priority seems to be the people in drive thru, and done worry about the walk in's. Over all timing is always out, you can stand there and watch your chips already placed in the take away bag waiting for your burgers to be be cooked, 20mins later you get cold chips, melted thick shake and rations of lettuce ( 2 strips) on your burger. Just a poor effort.... This happens to me 8 - 10 times.. More time needs to be spend on training to get the staff upto scratch, under McDonalds guide lines. Unbelievably slow and under staffed . Drive thru had approx 9 cars that were not moving so I went inside to order.It was school holidays and they had 1 YES 1 register open!!! I lined up and it took forever to get to the staff member who was as slow as a wet week ! Then I stood with approximately 12 other people waiting and watching the board for our number to appear.All this was in a tiny 3x3 metre area in the other line area After 17 minutes from entering my order was ready . But wait,they forgot pickle on the burger ( ok so I'm the only one who eats them ) Management need to re consider their staffing esp in holiday season. Very very disappointed ,it certainly wasn't FAST FOOD
I bought a $1 burger this week and it was pathetic, not to mention a dried out old piece of meat with a small piece of pickle along with a dash of tomato sauce. It was very leathery and not edible so it ended up in the bin. I also bought an Angus burger and it was dry and has a piece of cheese which didn't cover the bun. One has to pay extra for a pickle but when you ask to leave of the pickle and onion McDonalds don't charge any less, infact they charge the same with or without the selected item. I used to enjoy going to Macca's but they really need to lift their game and I'm not he only one who thinks this, as one only has to read the other reviews on here.
Never again!We waited patiently while others served after us got given our meal items and then when I asked where our our was they said sorry "oversight on their behalf". Then I proceed to get attitude for asking after our meal and when turning to leave the counter the manager proceeded to complain to other staff about our attitude! We later worked out that they served the local friends our meal before us!!!!The restaurant as also a pig sty. Tables not cleaned and it seems to be a hang out for the local youth looking for something to do!Give this place a miss!

I wouldn't normally bother to review a McDonald's but I just had to give a mention to a lovely lady working there whose name I think was Ann or Anna. She was working out the front in the restaurant just being as helpful as she could to whomever she could. She is a real asset to the company and they should appreciate her. My coffee was completely wrong but I drank it anyway because I would have hated to spoil her day !
The only thing consistent about Batemans Bay McDonalds is their bad service and terrible food. I think the people making the burgers actually stand back and practice aiming which they are terrible at. Fast food does not have to be literally thrown together.
We always stop at McDonalds at Batemans Bay, on our trip down the south coast. This time it was very disappointing. We had the gourmet burger. The bun they serve is now that type of bum that is soft and tastes very sweet. We won't be stop in future.
Service was poor, waited for 15 mins for one meal, then we got ice cream and waited another 10 mins for two ice cream, when receiving our order it was wrong. Probably don't go here! Upside food was fresh!

There were plenty of people behind the counter... and I hate to say it... they all had their issues. I've never seen such arrogance, fragility and confusion in a McDonalds staff before.
The food here is just thrown together and quality control is sadly lacking. Overall a very disappointing experience.
