I cannot express how disappointed I am with this place. My kids were craving McDonald's, so we ordered the family package and ended up with 2 missing burgers. When I called to complain, the phone rang twice before someone answered. They offered me a partial refund, but it ended up costing me more time and money with the rising fuel prices. This was not only frustrating for me, but it also left my two youngest kids without their meals, which they were really looking forward to. I will never be returning here again. Bilal, the manager, told me when I returned two days later that they would not fully refund my $53.85. I have proof with photos of the missing items, yet I am left with no refund a...
Took the grandkids for lunch.... paid $32 as per the till. When we checked the docket the total was only $25 . Checked with manager and were told that the register incorrectly charged us $3.50 for a happymeal when the correct cost was $5.75. Unfortunately...according to the manager their system does this and there is nothing she could do about it!!! Vety bad attitude from the manager. Expected better.... a sincere apology would have been good. Told us she had taken a photo of the docket and would ask head office to look at it. Not good enough. Expected better from a corporation that prides itself on customer service. So a bit of advice..... if you eat at mcdonalds cremorne.... check your doc...
Poor access. Only one access point and that is off the main road, Military Road, heading from Neutral Bay to Mosman. All other intersections have NO RIGHT Turn, forcing you to go around the block to get back to the point of access. Poor service...waiting for 17 minutes for a drive through order of Sausage McMuffin and 1 hash brown. The person in front as well as us had to go inside to get our order after being directed to the waiting bay. Overprice. Suggest you move to a more easily accessed site, with space for all the services you are supposed to provide.
Oh my goodness. I ordered my usual: 27 chicken nuggets, a Big Mac with extra sauce, an extra large Fanta with extra fizz, a lemonade served on the side, and of course, my fries. I waited for my food for two weeks, okay not really, but it felt like forever. When I finally received my order, they gave me plain salt instead of chicken salt. Who does that? Mc 'Donalds new cost saving measure is to pack your meal in a paper bag that totally dissolves 5 metres after you walk out of their restaurant leaving your dinner on the pavement. It reminds me of the days when they made up the calcium content...of your ice cream by grinding up the bones of the poor animals they tortured then slaughtered to to make your ice cream . Eat up you mindless corporate supporting Y-Gen robots !
Had dinner with some friends and family tonight at 730 and was over run by 14-16 year olds hanging out eating their own food and many off their face. Running in and out of the store and out dancing. Not a nice or family environment....Management were of a similar age and enjoying the environment so did not have the ability to get an order right.
our time at mcdonalds was an experience that we will never forget. we had both big mac meal times (large,) the quality of the service was exceptional, the food quality was world class, the children's playground, disney land comes in the senses when they go an exquisite. experience to mcdonalds, it was quite delightful!
