Popped in here last night while staying at the Novotel. We were served by a Manager, and didn’t have to wait long to place our order. There was a huge wait on food as there was only one girl packing all the order. Drinks were brining made on and off by someone else and being placed on the counter wait g for food to arrive (sometimes sitting for 10minutes), in 48degree heat, this was not ideal. I am torn. I hate writing negative reviews just for the fun of it. It's bad for business. And my credibility. So when I sat to review my recent experience with a Maccas breakfast last Sunday I though long and hard about balancing the good, the bad and the honesty. It's not a great result. Sadly despite the well intentioned young staff and almost guranteed business with little competition until lunchtime this particular servery does little to reinforce the McDonalds creed for consistency and quality. We went to this McDonalds for a quick breakfast on our way out of Sydney, it has a small dining room that was closed off except for two McDonalds employees sitting in there, all of the customers had to sit outside in the cold or take their food away with them. There didn't seem to be any problem with the dining room so I am unsure why it was closed. Our food was served hot and with little wait.
Said open til 11pm, woman refused to talk to anyone outside after a game waiting for service and an explanation why everyone outside was looking at their phones which said this location was open til 11pm and ignored everyone, it looked like she was wearing a manager shirt, really bad service for an employee but really bad as a manager. This McDonald's has been on Berlin Turnpike (CT Rt 15) for a long time. It offers easy access with a two-lane drive-thru. Currently, indoor ordering is allowed but there is no indoor seating. The location is well-maintained and clean, with fast service. They also have excellent COVID-19 compliance measures in place.
Was hoping for a quick breakfast whilst attending an exhibition at the Showgrounds but a 15 minute wait for a single breakfast order at Macca’s is just poor service. It was not busy and being constantly told that they were waiting on the eggs I started to wonder if the wait was on them being cooked or laid!
The staff at this restaurant were amazing, but the food was awful. It is a small McDonald's with minimal indoor seating. While the staff were helpful, our order did not resemble the pictures at all. The owner needs to improve the quality of the food.
Very poorly run. No organisation. Not enough staff. Too many errors 3 times to get our order correct) All the while standing in 48’ temperatures on Saturday 4/1. Food was nice when we finally received our order AFTER 23 MINUTES..............

The food was not served hot enough. This was likely due to a lot of young staff members goofing off in the kitchen. Additionally, the tables were not cleaned thoroughly, which is especially concerning during a pandemic.
