I stood in line with 5 others waiting at the single order taker while the manager yells out there are 6 in line. Don't see the point as no one manned the spare order register. They downsized expecting everyone to use the self order machines. No point if you're paying with cash. Id also rather employ someone behing a register. Good food but the front end needs work.
This restaurant is not the place to go for innovative, exotic, or gourmet cuisine or a lively atmosphere. I usually opt for takeout when visiting. The burgers are good, but I personally prefer the chicken sandwiches. The fries are impressive. The service is typically quick and error-free.

Got a coupon to build my own burger ordering from their machine. Got the angus burger with blue cheese, onions, and mushrooms. Was blown away by the huge paper shopping bag they give you for take-out. Was that really necessary?
The meal was exquisite, I was moved to tears by the beautiful quality of the food. It was the best restaurant I have ever been to. If you want an amazing dining experience, you should visit McDonald's in the city.
