Since the arrival of new staff, the drinks at this restaurant never seem to be made correctly. I always give them a chance to improve, but when it comes to a simple request like adding extra caramel drizzle to a frappe, it should be easy. Just put the caramel drizzle on the inside of the cup and on top of the whipped cream. It shouldn't be that difficult. After experiencing this mistake three or four times in a row, despite my regular visits and double checking at the window, I am starting to get frustrated. I don't like to complain, but it's frustrating to have to ask for a drink to be remade just because it's missing caramel drizzle.
The staff at this restaurant completely made my day better. My father had been in the hospital with a heart attack and then sepsis. He is doing well now, but it has been a very stressful week. I stopped at this restaurant on my way to visit him, and the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely pleasant. They didn't even know what I was going through, so their kindness was completely sincere. Thank you for brightening up my difficult day.
I experienced extremely poor service during my visit. There were at least eight staff members in the back, all focused on taking care of drive-through orders. I stood there for at least five minutes without being acknowledged, and eventually, I was told to use the order kiosk. Frustrated, I decided it wasn't worth it and left the restaurant in a hurry.
Friends and I made jokes that this is the best McDonalds on Earth. This site has been open for decades and consistently offers excellent services. In the very rare case that an error is made with an order, they immediately fix the error without question. The drive thru can sometimes be busy, but it always moves fast.

I visited today and had a great experience with the customer service! My father misplaced his phone, and they were kind enough to keep it safe until we returned to collect it. However, I did notice quite a few girls with long hair who weren’t wearing hairnets.
Aside from the fact that the food isn't something you should be eating, the manager needs to be replaced! The owner isn’t much better either. Don’t waste your time here—there are many better options available.
The food is hot and fresh. The staff follows all necessary health guidelines, and the drive-thru has been updated with plexiglass to minimize airflow. I've never had an issue with order accuracy.

I just spent almost $9 on a large Coke and large fries because my 20-piece chicken nuggets tasted more like mystery meat than chicken! Disgusting! Never again.
