As already written several times, there were forgotten things or wrong things in there. The wrong sauce was put on the nuggets and I spoke up about it. I was just told to wait, to which I politely replied that it wasn 't a problem. Then I was told that I had the right sauce in it and that I had to click correctly in the app. Since I had proof that I was right, I showed it to you. They exchange the sauces but there was no apology. And the most blatant incident, there are ice cream sundaes with a deposit. If you return the cup you should normally get the deposit back. Never again. I had an MC Sunday with strawberry sauce and meat supplement. The reaction was... on the ice it is not when the worm is in the sauce. An ice cream from the same machine was left as a warrant. I declined thankfully and demanded my money back. Hygiene and customer service is different.
