McDonald's - Réserver une table

There's no other words in it, but twice I got scammed at their drive.- the first time, they gave me an order that didn't match mine at all. I had placed an order of a total amount of 21.50€ (smooth signature 6x nuggets mc fleury) and I found myself with : 1 small ranch 2€ 1 cheeseburger 2.30€ 1 small fries 2.30€ 1 medium drink 2.60€ or a total of 9.20€ so a total of 12.30€, nothing. Besides, no bowl, that stuff I would never have chosen in normal time, I tasted it and it ended in the trash...I had come to the drive quite late (about 22h) and I saw the thing by unpacking the order at home, too late to go back and report the problem. I'm saying, "good mistakes happen..."I'm going back to the next day, I'm telling them, and the answer of the person I told, "ah, yeah." and that's it. It stops there (no big ****...)So, then I now decide to take a quick and systematic look at each of my orders to make sure it looks like matching. (which is not always obvious when the other cars push behind...)Bruss for a while, no worries, every time I have the right orders (at the same time after I've been made to have once I started to go much less, especially when I think we can make a good pizza for half the fare then if in addition we get stolen...)I'm saying good it had to be exceptional. Until last week.- arrival at the drive again, (~21h55,) I pay, get my order, and get out of my way to leave the place to the other cars I try, on one hand, to quickly inspect the contents of the bag to make sure that it fits my order. I've seen it look good first, so I'm still on my way back to a village a little further. I'm coming, unpacking my macdo bag and installing me to enjoy my meal and there. I realize that yes it is my order to a detail close, the mac fleury is absent (while it is well billed and marked on the cash ticket.) go hop again 3.20€ to fly...I look at the time: 22h20, as the last time it is dead, the more time to return and arrive before the closure. (and then zut! It goes well the kilometers and the gas wasted for nothing in addition to the waste of time and trouble)It is still funny these mistakes that are always in the advantage of macdo (never the client) and that take place in late hours so that, even if you realize it is too late you will not be able to make a claim. And anyway, even when you make a claim, they just don't give a damn. It's still great as a technique to make a turnover...In 2 times they stole a total of 15.50€ or to pay the equivalent of a full maxi menu with dessert.(And that in less than 4 months, on average 2 times a month)I will no longer put the feet there and I can only advise you to do as much.

on the whole impressions were rather disappointing:The positive points: the staff welcome and polis-propre-rapideThe negative points: a signature menu falling down. for a price of about 13 €-mcflurry with extra banana not fresh. I couldn't even finish because of the bad taste of bananas so 3€40 in the trash for a total of about 16-17€, better see another restaurant in the area

After several passages, I can only see that there is a mac do where drive controls are complete! So it's possible. The others should be inspired.

a welcoming and polite staff. clean room. but often mistakes or forgetful in the take-away orders and sometimes cold fries or sandwiches.

friendly staff and restaurant clean and pleasant, order received quickly and without error at our table. No special problems.
