Every order from there has been incorrect (unless you ate in the restaurant which also means listening to the loud and immature staff). Anything from wrong food to missing food or full on making the menu item wrong. I finally felt it necessary to write a review when given 4 nuggets when I paid for 6. I have had no hashbrown put in the bag with my meal many times, my blt bagel had just egg and lettuce on it, given a plain qrt lb when I ordered a qrt lb blt, never any onions on their cheeseburgers and given a completely wrong order. And don't bother asking for ketchup because they will never ever put any in the bag and lie and say they did. I have never had such an awful experience at a McDona...
Every time I drop by with my two year old daughter I am disgusted by how dirty the childrens play area is. Again, yesterday, it was empty, there were no children, all the glass windows and doors were full of greasy fingerprints, there was not one clean table, the floors were so full of dirt and food I did not want my child to take her socks off. The backs of the seats were full of dried greasy fingerprints and ketchup. It is like this the last 10 times I have been there, so finally I said something to the lady behind the counter and she told an employee to go clean it. All he did was wipe the tables and brush off the chairs. No sanitisation took place. When I asked him how often it was clean...
We went to the restaurant to get McFlurries, but unfortunately, the ice cream machine was out of order. We ended up ordering a filet-o-fish meal with fries, but they couldn't upgrade our drink because they were out of cups. The filet-o-fish seemed undercooked and the fries were lukewarm.
