Please avoid this McDonalds at dinner time. Save your money and go to the A&W nearby (way better quality and customer service! We took our kids here for a treat and it was horrible. We waited over 20 minutes for our order. We had a bigger order but saw the smaller orders after ours come out first. The guy preparing the orders at the counter cheats their system and “deletes” the orders on the screen before they’re even up. That’s how the company times them. So if you see your order get deleted from the “preparing order, now serving, etc”, SAY something before you keep waiting. They probably do that so they can take their time without getting in trouble from corporate.I also saw 10 drive thru...

This location keeps getting worse. The asm Maddy had the worst attitude and no customer service skills. I went back due to no straw or condiments. I had already seen her behavior with other customers...and wasnt expecting much. We asked for well done and looking at the burger there was a sliver of cheese..bun was hard. I took it back ..and asked for another one. I got the explanation that their bun warmer wasn't functional? The Indian girls all give each other looks and one can tell how this location is run. If the Asm herself has that kind of demeanor not much can be expected from the rest. My time was wasted and when a customer tells you that your service is bad Maddy you don't respond wit...

My drive thru order was handed to car in front the guy rifled through it and handed back. When we got to window she tried handing me same bag. I requested they make me a new order. Of course I was parked but already thinking they would just bring out same order I ran inside right away. The drive thru girl was explaining to manager Maddy what happened. I proceeded to stand there and watch Maddy take the breakfast sandwiches out of the bag and put the very same ones back in a new bag. She handed to someone to take to my waiting car when I spoke up and said No. Maddy argued with me that those were newly made, when I had been standing there the entire time. I then angrily asked for my money back...

I wish the review has zero star option.We live close by and order delivery from this store from time to time since covid. To be 500% honest I can’t even remember when was the last time they got my whole order right… it can be as small as missing sauce to as big as missing the whole item. (Missing whole 10 pc nuggets, missing a burger, missing fries… what amazes me is they did it in a consistent fashion. Not a single time did they get the order right… actually my family is now quite excited when unpacking the bag because we just want to be surprised, to see if we can get the order we are supposed to get. I ordered an ice cream cone online and waited at curbside for 20 minutes with no sign of my order. When I went into the store to inquire about my order, they initially claimed there was no record of a curbside order. It wasn't until I showed my receipt that they finally rushed to give me the ice cream cone, with the dismissive comment of "Is it just an ice cream?" The staff didn't bother to apologize for the mistake or the long wait, showing a lack of concern for their customer's experience.

Worst experience at this location. Kamaljeet Kaur the mannerless manager don't know how to talk with the customers. She needs to be trained again how to deal with the customers, not to be so rude, not to show her weird attitude. Not only with the customers even with the co-workers too. I was surprised how she was shouting at the co-workers. She needs to learn.

On Saturday, September 16, 2023 around 8:50am, I experienced incredibly poor management and quality control at the restaurant. My half-wrapped breakfast sandwich was carelessly thrown into the bag, causing it to fall apart and scatter everywhere. A picture is worth a thousand words, and this one speaks volumes about my disappointing experience.

Today at 6:45pm, the manager of this restaurant (who is East Indian and was wearing an orange shirt) told me that the customer is always wrong. She leaned out of the drive-thru window to inform me of this and also blamed me for the long line of customers. Réservez une table maintenant
