One of the worst McDonalds I have been too. This is the second time now that I ask for an egg and cheese McMuffin with a medium regular and they give me a black coffee with ham in my sandwich. What's worse is that the cashier asked me what a medium regular coffee is smh. Not coming back here for my coffee and save urself the hassle. Go to the one at the Eaton Centre food court well worth the walk then dealing with this.
I honestly want to know why the management won't take some action towards homeless people taking over the entrance. It not only discourages customers to enter to the restaurant, but it turns the whole block of street very unattractive and unsafe ?A restaurant with health and safety issues is not acceptable. You should hire more staff and security personnel to manage the problem.
On the positive side, the food is prepared quickly and there is ample seating available. The service and food quality are average, but the presence of self-serve kiosks helps to minimize long wait times. Overall, this McDonald's provides a convenient dining option despite some cleanliness and security concerns.

Sensational filet-o-fish. By far the best filet-o-fish I ever had. The filet-o-fish is one of those sandwiches that just seems like it doesn’t belong but I was amazed by the way they made this one it was fantastic. Much better than a McDouble or that Big Mac garbage.
Compared to European McDonald's, there is a wider variety of burgers and drinks available here. The service is quite fast, but the ambiance is not very attractive. The restroom is located near the cashier's table.
Each time I visit this restaurant, I always encounter a homeless person or sometimes even more. However, the convenience of this McDonald's location is what sets it apart.
