McDonald's - Réservation de table

Personally, I hate this location but it's the closest one for the rare times we have McD's. I have yet to receive a correct order in the last 7 years we've been going there. They almost NEVER include sauce for nuggets or they do but don't include the extra ones they make a habit of telling me I have to pay for. They frequently neglect to add basics like napkins or straws and the last three times I went, they gave me someone else's order. The one time I thought they got it right, there was a hamburger instead of a cheeseburger in the kids meal. Slow service in the past 6 months and getting orders wrong, i double check my bag before walking away now. I see all new people working there, perhaps they fired all the previous people who cared about doing their jobs properly? Even though i live very close i think i will try the Mc Donalds on Lincoln st and see if that is any better. I watched the 2 people trying to fill orders recently in a quiet time and it was straining their abilities to do so. People need to stop going here so that management gets the message and makes changes.

I got an ice cream sundae and the sundae itself was fine, but they handed me the container and the lid wasn 't on properly and it got all over my hand immediately and it barely had any hot fudge and I paid for extra. Was disappointed as I usually get these once every year as a yay it 's summer but I don 't think I will be continuing that tradition anymore :

Brought the kid in because it 's raining, playplace is a crew break area, workers only beyond this point waited ten minutes to be served, implied we should use the kiosk (do my job for me) food was packed up to go without asking. Employees still being forced to wear masks.. will not return. Réservez une table maintenant

They have screwed up our order many times. This time we ordered fries and I pull one out to eat and I get a whiff of a horrible smell. It smelt like someone put their hands down their pants, wiped between their cheeks and then handed out food. Absolutely horrible.

I've tried so often with this place, but every time the staff is rude, it's cold, and I have to go back in because they forget something on the car thru. Eating is a sweat! They force them to use the order form and ignore them when they need help for everything.

it was an hour before the conclusion and the dame that took our order only into the half of our mission, she even asked if she sat in it, she looked at something and said yes and also gave me flat dr. pepper instead of iced watered.

Ordered an Egg McMuffin and it was burned.... Inedible. Contacted head office and never got a response. Typical.
