Terrible experience had today (Sunday October 4th between 11-12)... Not all but majority of staff there today were nothing but rude and had massive attitudes and need to learn manners and customer service skills. All staff in my compaint were female youth which we have had issues with in the past. I genuinely am not one for complaining because as a rule I think most of us have worked in retail or restaurant services however I cannot remember a time when I have had a more horrendous experience. They argued countless times with us. They got our order wrong twice and we had to drive back to get our coffees fixed (they argued again).. McDonald's has an excellent reputation for consistency of product and service. This particular restaurant has built a reputation for the slowest drive through on the planet, and great consistency in getting the order wrong. It's also always messy inside, and you can expect all staff other than the breakfast crew to be slow, failing to listen and occupied with many activities unrelated to serving customers quickly and correctly. There is no sign of leadership at this restaurant.
I have had multiple negative experiences at this restaurant located in Walmart. The service is extremely slow, with only two employees working on a Saturday. Hygiene does not seem to be a priority, as the employees touch everything without gloves, only using them to crack eggs. I believe the head office should be conducting spot checks at this McDonald's location.
Had to many bad experiences at this location located in the Wal-Mart. Exceptionally slow service. Today, a Saturday, only 2 employees. Hygiene isn't too priority. Both employees just touching everything and anything - only putting on gloves to crack the eggs. Head office should really be spot checking some McDonald's locations.
