I visited this McDonald's located in Place Ville Marie. It's a relatively new location, only about a year old. While I stopped by to order a coffee, I couldn't help but notice that the staff were not wearing gloves while preparing burgers. This seemed very unhygienic, especially considering the current Covid virus situation. Despite the memos posted around the store detailing their cleaning measures during the virus, the fact that they weren't wearing gloves raised some concerns. I had initially considered ordering a burger but ultimately decided against it. The lack of glove-wearing among the staff while handling food seemed suspicious to me, and not in a good way.
Located in the heart of the Place Des Arts/Quartier des Spectacles area, this McDonald's is a convenient option among the many restaurants in the area. While I don't usually crave McDonald's, the fast ordering and tasty Filet-O-Fish at this location hit the spot. The restaurant met my expectations for a chain restaurant with a nicely illuminated and fairly large seating area. It was also convenient to have entrances both on the street and within the mall. However, it would be helpful if they made it clearer that there are more ordering machines at the rear of the restaurant. The seating area was somewhat unclean, which was a downside.
We went here for breakfast on our first morning in Montreal! The place was absolutely mobbed so the wait for the order was quite considerable! Very little seating upstairs but plenty on the next floor down! The food was okay, especially for the price compared to other eateries in the area but the toilets definitely need to be upgraded!
I know they're doing their best, but wow... these new McDonald's configurations are for the worst, IMO. OK food (it's McDonald's) but long, long, long wait. Just keep this in mind, and if you're up to it, the order will be as requested. Nothing spectacular.

Ideal spot for a bite after a concert. The place was bustling, but we didn't encounter any issues with our order. Despite the crowd, the restaurant was very clean.
For a mcdonalds its pretty "high end" clean and big!

As with McDonalds the world over, you know what you are going to get. This place does not disappoint. Clean, with good service
I know this is only a McDonald's but the restaurant was basically empty and there wasn't a clean table in the place.

As far as Mcdonald's go, this one is betterIt's big, fast, well lit, clean-ish, and convenient.
My highest rating for fast food is 4 stars, and this McDonald's is a solid 3.
