I go to this McDonalds from time to time as it's pretty much the only place to eat or get a coffee between Loudeac and where I live nearer to Pontivy. Access is easy just off the main road. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is standard McDonalds stuff, a full menu of snacks, burgers, wraps, salads and sweet things. Coffee is nice. I like the chicken/bacon wrap, and the bacon/egg muffin - generally with a double latte or fresh orange juice. My two complaints are the very overpriced salads which are frankly rubbish for the price paid (a plastic pot full of boring greenery or pasta, with a small amount of meat on top). served cold eating would only change the chips, the young wanted to change the ncnuggets, but the koch d’équipe stopped him. they argued with my wife saying that eating was not cold, agreed that it was tepid certainly not hot. She has completely refused to change everything so that we insisted on a full refund that was given. what trrrible customer service and although they confirm that she was the chef d’équipe, she refused to give her name. terrible.
Nous arrivons parfois à ce macdo qui est très bien entretenu et propre dans l'ensemble. Malgré une forte affluence, nous n'attendons pas longtemps pour être servis. Les plats sont chauds et le personnel souriant. Ils ont même arrêté les déchets à l'extérieur pour éviter l'invasion des guêpes et c'est une très bonne idée!

Très bien situé au bord d'un echangeur.Le restaurant est propre.Il y a beaucoup de monde.Commande prise aux bornes.Au comptoir les équipes s'affairent.Le service est impeccable et serviable et souriante. Pour une fois le burger est bien réalisé.Bravo aux équipes
Famille de 5 personnes, nous venons régulièrement en voiture depuis 4 ans. Le personnel est toujours sympathique et souriant. Les commandes sont préparées rapidement malgré l'affluence. Dommage que le Royal Deluxe ne soit plus sur la carte. À bientôt.
Dommage pour l'heure, impossible de profiter de la terrasse, il était tard, vers 21h45 et bien servi malgré tout, mais les mains sèches et non fonctionnelles. Le restaurant est un peu difficile à trouver sans GPS.
Rapide, pas toujours très propre, accueilli d'une manière peu souriante, le personnel est non seulement peu motivé, mais peu armé aussi pour proposer des mets raffinés !!!

French macdonalds seem better than those in Britain! Maybe because they are still relatiw new'? this in loudeac is clean, had a lot of parking and good Wi-Fi and coffee.
