Mcdonald's - Réservation de table

Since this place got new owners it’s gone downhill fast. The food is always cold or messy. The sweet tea is just pure sugar syrup. The staff is rude, slow, lazy, and I feel bad for saying it but unintelligent. I say this because I tried to use a code and the lady couldn’t figure out how to use it and when I told her she scans it off my phone she says she can’t because she typed it and couldn’t figure it out. She then proceeded to rudely show me the screen and say “ see lady I can’t get it figured out”. The owner and management really need to get involved cause they clearly aren’t.

Dear McDonald 's on Wabash I 'm breaking up with you. Yesterday I ordered a Diet Coke and got sprite. Today I ordered two diet cokes and got Dr Pepper I guess Dr Pepper at least had a D in the name and was the same color as Diet Coke. I brought the sodas back in and was told to just dump them at the fountain and refill them with Diet Coke. No sorry our bad let me give you one free because you had to come in and it was raining. Nothing! So I 'll be more than happy to save my 15 cents and go to quick and EZ next door

waited 20 minutes for a mobile job. when someone finally came, he asked what I saw when he warned when he got away. went to where other customers complained about similar problems, no recording of my paid order, but ended my fries / coffee get about 15 minutes later. probably won't come back, just give two stars, because the first time here running gear thru subscriber gave me more change back, then what I first wanted to pay to argue about it so that I was eating free and made $10 lol!

Horrible customer service. This place has completely gone downhill from when it originally opened. The person who took my order at the cash register was rude, rude and rude. Plus, the last time I went there, they screwed up my order. Avoid this place. Most of the workers there are very low-class and unprofessional. When you walk in (if you do), you'll quickly see why. I waited for someone to come to the drive-thru so I could place an order. After waiting for 10 minutes, I greeted the lady and she told me that saying hello was disrespectful. I explained that I had been waiting for 10 minutes, but she told me to leave.

I arrived at the restaurant at 10 pm, ordered my food, and waited by the window for over 30 minutes without being served. The store was poorly managed and provided service that was comparable to a trash company.

Probably the worst McDonald's I've visited. Rude, slow, inaccurate.. No thanks..won't be back . On the other hand, culver's right near by is one of the best , go figure..

We waited in the drive-thru for 45 minutes and never received our food. We ended up getting a refund.
