I came inside yesterday Wednesday 5/25 at 4:00 I stood at the counter for literally 15mins before anybody even said hi or told me to order on the Kiosk. She waited until the drive thru was empty before they even started my order. Then she loaded up 5 large fries knowing my order came with a small fry. Made we wait for a small fry to cook when large fries were just sitting there. Horrible experience wish I could give 0 stars
For the 3rd time in a year, I get home and was short a cheeseburger. Called and spoke to the manager, he offered to give me the cheeseburger if I come back. Well, I'm 3 miles away and not going to the trouble. I told him he needs to impress upon the staff to make sure the order is correct. Nothing is easier to disappoint a customer then missing items. I guess i will have to check each order at the window.
Horrible customer service. When I drove up the women 's greeting was what do you want .... I tried to order ice cream and her response was quickly we dont have ice cream . I asked her all the time? And she responded with we don 't have ice cream . This is the 3rd time I 've gone to this location where they they say they don 't have ice cream and it is clearly on their menu. Won 't be going back .
A new young employee seemed like she didn’t want to be there and came across as rude. When asking about order adjustments, she responded dismissively both at the counter and the window, acting uninterested and inattentive. The food is good, but the attitude needs to improve. on the dollar menu after three things. I charged $6 for a meal. once again after the dollar price menu was charged for something that the hash browns 226 were accused and they should have been a dollar. are they putting the money in their pocket? or are they just so stupid?
New young morning person acts like she doesn?t want to be there and comes across as rude. Ask for condiments when ordering and ask again at window she replies with an attitude that they are in there and low and behold they are not. Food is good but enoughwith the attitude.
I would give McDonald's 4 stars instead of 5. The sausage McMuffin was served quickly, hot, and tasty. The parking is very convenient, making access easy. However, I took off a star because they made it somewhat difficult to proceed. Overall, a great experience!
I ordered a small fry today it was served to me very cold and when I asked for fresh fries they just microwaved the fries they already gave me and handed it back to me as if I'm stupid. This location is the worse mcdonalds I've ever experienced inMinnesota. Réservez une table maintenant

"Excellent and prompt service. We were seated quickly, placed our order, and received our food almost immediately. It did get crowded around 9:30 PM. Overall, the food was tasty, but I wasn't a fan of the dry rub as it lacked sufficient seasoning. Despite that, it was a good experience overall."
