Well not this place, all I ordered was a milkshake and the receipt said 3pm I asked after they called a bunch of and never saidmine) and they told me at 3:46pm ?here you should have come up here? so I got milk not milk shake and was told I was in thewrong by the person up front, by the person who brought food to another employee at a table and by the employe at the table,that table service means if I don?t work here get my a up and get my own stuff. Meaning why do you have this service at all?Plus never a was said as well and the was a table
I was really impressed with the renovations; McDonald's is now a fantastic spot for my one-year-old and five-year-old to play. The upper level is great for older kids, while the lower area features soft padding that's perfect for toddlers. This will definitely become our new favorite, just like Chick-fil-A! Although I’m not a fan of McDonald's food, their playground is definitely as good as Chick-fil-A’s.
Waited 15 minutes at my table for my mobile order. Turns out it was just sitting on the counter. No call, no nothing. I went and grabbed it. Then an employee argued that I didn?t do it right. My receipt clearly says ?eat-in? and ?table 106?. Soooo?what didI do wrong. This place is a terrible Mc Donald?s. And table 106 was the only table that was somewhat clean. Keep driving upRoute 80, do not stop here.
I arrived around 3:30 for a late lunch. While I was inside ordering at the kiosk, a gentleman behind the counter kindly asked if I needed assistance. The woman at the register was extremely polite, and even the young man who brought our food was very friendly. They didn't seem put off when I asked for salt or ketchup. Overall, it was a surprisingly pleasant experience for a McDonald's.

Everything was great; I really like this location—it's very clean and the staff are friendly. However, I've been having a lot of issues with the McDonald's app. There are numerous glitches, and it often provides expired or location-invalid coupons and deals. It even claimed I had already used a deal and needed to wait 15 minutes, even though I hadn't placed any order.
They actually messed up on my order, but when I called and explained to them the issue. The offered for me to come back in and they would correct my meal. I was unable to come back for 2 days, But the management actually notated the issue and fixed theproblem two days later. Great customer service and the actual food was excellent
It was a classic McDonald's experience— they got at least one order wrong. I asked for it plain, and although the receipt showed it was supposed to be plain, it arrived with all the toppings. Other than that, everything else was good. They made my fries fresh, just as I asked.
I frequently stop by this McDonald's in the mornings and during my breaks, so I’m usually pressed for time. Yet, they consistently deliver fast service without any hassle. The staff are quick and very courteous—this is definitely my favorite spot!
