Having arrived at MacDonalds, Witney, today, my children were unable to use the toilet facilities. Apart from the discomfort that this presented, more importantly, there was a hygiene concern for all customers in so much as there was no hand cleansing facility available. A member of staff said that it was because of a drainage issue. One wonders how the staff managed.Despite the fact there seemed to be a management meeting/huddle taking place, the service received was dreadful. I was neither offered or given milk for my tea until I asked for it. Despite having asked for dips with the two chicken select meals none was provided until asked for. My daughter ordered a burger without gerkin/dill...
Went back after extremely bad experience of waiting 45 minutes and total chaos. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought may have just been a one off bad night. Unfortunately I was wrong returned and ordered in the restaurant for a takeaway and waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers, staff really looked uninterested and where not polite or friendly. It is totally obvious why they can't cope that is because of all the deliveries for dilveroo and just eat orders, if they spent the same amount of attention on there customers in the restaurant they might not get so many complaints. They will probably say they can cope with both but let me assure you they can't. Remember you aremeant to be a fast...
I ordered a breakfast burger with a latte and an orange juice, but I was only charged for and given the burger and orange juice - the latte was missing. I brought this to the attention of the staff when picking up my order, but was told to check my order on the screen next time I pay. Unfortunately, the drive-through was closed by then so I wasn't able to correct the mistake. Frustrating experience overall.
I ordered delivery from this restaurant but my order was incomplete. When I called the restaurant, they said they wouldn't send the missing item but to let them know next time I visit and they would provide it then. Really disappointed to only have chips and a drink for dinner. This is unacceptable.

Now sat for 30 mins after ordering food and still nothing has turned up. The staff are a joke. Short staffed isn't an excuse. Manage your staff. Employ more. Do whatever you ned but the worst McDonald's around. Go elsewhere isnky advice.
As always good food and a good choice. We were very pleased to see clean toilets after returning from Paris where every McDonald’s we visited had disgraceful toilets! Even tables were frequently left dirty.
God access from A34. Service a little slow and car park rather small. Speed of service has room for improvement but standard of food is as expected
Had a lovely McFlurry and at £1.39 this was a good buy as we just visited Waddeston Manor where ice cream was way overpriced!

The service was prompt and pleasant. The staff was friendly. I would like to come back for some cheese or mozzarella sticks.
I went for lunch. The device was not that great just average. Had big Mac and coffee as soft drinks was not available.
