mcdonald’s fleetwood has been in use for a long time when I notice. I guess I made 100 visits. I've always found the service here to be his greatest strength. food quality was usually satisfactory or better, but there are better games for mcdonald’s franchises in west lancashire. I only had to complain twice, this is not meant easily, but speaks about their performance in view of my many visits in the course of the years. as I said, the customer interaction and the service is what distinguishes this special restaurant from others. service speed is usually faster than what I found elsewhere and close to, which is another win point for fleetwood. there are many parking spaces and a din in seat...
There is a reason that 78 years Bill and his wife return to this particular, McDonald's and that's because the staff is very friendly. Some staff members have worked here more than four years that I have gone to this restaurant. The food is the same as any Mcdonald's in the country and yes, sometimes someone in the kitchen rolls and forgets to put the sausage in the sausage and egg mcmuffin but it is not the end of life as we know it! A short comment with the staff and solve it! 5 stars for the staff! Plans to continue billing well in his 80s, he had to sit and have breakfast at home with the wife if not!
Have visited this outlet off on for a while, but sadly it seem's to continue be on a downward spiral. A very long wait for food that was upon arrival cold, is quite a difficult trick to pull off. The fries were just plain wrong.No napkins or sugar in the dispenser, no milk with the tea (so back to the counter) Tables remain uncleared, floor dirty (despite it being quiet) just added to the overall ambience. Difficult to know whats exactly gone wrong (change of manager? poor morale? poor training of new starter's) but until the reviews pick up we will continue into town.
ate in the cambridge road mcdonalds yesterday. extremely helpful, friendly and polite assistent, who presented himself as a mel. also helpful for other customers and provides rubers. a valuable asset for the industry. they want to develop them further. well done mel!

everywhere clean and tidy, personal friendly and helpful, but the waiting time was too long. we only ordered mozzarella dimmers and drinks, but waited for about 15 minutes. When I tasted my coffee, it was lukewarm at best. not really impressed to be honest.
Called for a festive menu test. Half the plentiful was not the burger and it was cold. I couldn't get back since the tail was huge and the staff wasn't the nice guy, so we went hungry. ask and some customers to buy rifa tickets ???????
Superb and plenty of parking. App went wrong and a brilliant girl sorted it by taking our order ad doing it inside she was so helpful. Food delivered to our car no messing and of course typical McD food. Very impressed
A typical McDonalds good for cheap food and decent coffee. Very neat and tidy and extremely pleasant staff just whats needed for a quick break

After the football at Riverside, only a Macky D will suffice. No problems ordering and food arrived hot and fresh. Marvellous
Very fast service Clean and tidy and very polite Food cooked perfect. Deffo recommend it to anyone. 5 star service
