I often visit this McDonald's location and have consistently encountered cheerful and exceptionally helpful staff. One lady in particular greets you warmly with a smile and a hello, always ready to assist if needed. It's wonderful to be in a place with such a positive atmosphere, where the staff go above and beyond to cater to your needs and the food is consistently delicious. It's a fantastic experience for people of all ages, especially for children who had a great time chatting with the friendly McDonald's lady.
We ordered the McPlant meal and it did not come with onion mayo or lettuce, even though we ordered it. When we brought this to their attention, they assured us they would add it, but when we got home, it still wasn't included. It seems that they often get orders wrong. If it's listed on the menu as including certain items, it should come with them.
Had McDonald’s delivered today usually ok but today it was awful. The chips were dry cold and you could see they had been sitting there under heat for a good while. Big Mac was the same as per photos. Usually food is warm when it arrives no McDonald’s is ever hot but this was just about edible. Won’t be ordering again for a while!
The food was horrible I was the last customer of the day and my chips were cold and the staff were horribly rude and disrespectful my burger came with a load of lettuce and tomato even though I asked for none and over all BAD McDonald’s DONT GO HERE !!

This is the only McDonalds in Newquay and you think the food is made of gold with the length of the queues here all day. The staff are doing great having to deal with such a busy time and I commend them for it Hopefully...
The restaurant's service was incredibly slow and the food arrived cold. The staff had a disgusting attitude, brought the wrong food and drinks, and even forgot some of our orders. Overall, the service was disgraceful.
Normal McDonald’s only four stars because: the tablets were broken, the machines had run out of receipts, had run out of children’s entertainment e.g. colouring and balloons. And also they had ran out of napkins.

I ordered a chicken burger with cheese/ mayo and got a quarter pounder with cheese and mayo instead. I think the staff were half asleep. Ordered with just eat delivery
