"Food delivered on time, next time, make sure it's warm, cold fries, cold burger"
Probably the worst a McDonald’s drive thru experienced. Not 1st time this place has cocked up. Ordered previously for delivery and had missing items that they couldn’t resolve. This time ordered at drive through. Got home to find both kids happy meals just contained chips, no chicken nuggets Bottles of water totally missing. Hot chocolate was just brown water. No sauces (not too much of an issue as they forgot the chicken nuggets) Next time will drive an additional 5 miles to avoid this place. Avoid!
i don’t normally write reviews but this worker deserves a good one!!,John was a lovely sweet man ,who was very helpful and attentive to customers made my experience better after receiving cold food ,i even witnessed one of his workers shouting at him because he brought back terrible milkshakes that they made after a different customer complained ,as soon as people left john would clean the tables at a high standard ,quickly and ready for other customers.Thank you john :
Ordered a coffee via touch screen kiosk inside the store. Pay at counter option. Waited over 10 mins with my ticket and cash in hand,staff look at you like you are an alien. Put ticket and cash down on the counter after several numbers after mine came up. Staff again look at ticket and cash on the counter. After 15 mins i screwed up the ticket and left. What an absolute joke.
No fries available and this venue has recently been upgraded! ! Order altered was offered fruit or veg as alternative to fries and then Order taker didn’t get order correct so we had one meal removed and another incorrect. Will never use this venue again . Plenty others to choose from

You get what you get and not what you order and pay £25 for it too. A year on and no cheese is still too difficult to comprehend. This place is exhausting. And expensive. And damp. And greasy. The staff are lovely tho. Just programmed to a conveyor belt style of working.
The food was stone cold, completely wrong order and waited half an hour for wrong food. Staff were standing around and didn’t know when food was ready to be taken to tables.
A big thank you to John who was the gentleman on the floor when we visited. He was extremely helpful, polite and good with the kids. The world needs more people like John.
Screen order rubbish. Cost over £6 for a breakfast and coffee lid not secured so dropped it on way back to car. Surly young girl serving. Won't go again
