Wow, their new system of ordering from touchscreen displays is awful. I arrived at around placed my order within mins. mins later my order number disappeared from the order screen, by which time I had no time to eat my meal and had to ask for a refund. If it was busy I could have understood it but there was about people in front of me. Not even an apology. This is clearly a cost saving exercise, cutting back on staffing costs but I saw so many people who were making complaints which I would also have done if I had had the time. Putting the condiments section right by the pick up point is stupid as well. Who is designing these restaurants? year olds.

as soon as it comes to eat, it was in order. it is McDonald’s, so it will never be fantastic, but it had a vegan option that was a bonus. the chips were not very warm, but I find that often in McDonald’s was not surprised tbh! I had chicken choices that were nice with an acid cream and chive dip.

I always stop by this restaurant to treat myself after a successful healthy food shopping trip at the large Sainsbury's nearby. It's quick and convenient, and I highly recommend using the drive-through option, as the restaurant is usually crowded with mothers and young children.

It's McDonald's, so there isn't much to say. The service in the morning was good, but at night, the wait can be long, so it really depends on the time of day. The staff is friendly, so no complaints there.
