My recent visit to McDonald's La Praille was disappointing. After an address error when placing my order through the Order and Pay app, staff were unable to resolve the situation, offering little assistance and no goodwill gesture to rectify the error. Additionally, the cashier refused to provide a full glass of water at no extra charge, despite my three-year loyalty as a regular customer. These experiences leave something to be desired and call into question the quality of customer service at this establishment.
A fast food classic that does the job. Very well located in the Praille shopping center. Dining area with more than enough room. Orders placed are prepared relatively quickly which is pleasant. The quality of the food does not differ from other Swiss McDonald's so no bad surprises. A little extra, this McDonald's is literally located right next to the Arena cinema, which is very practical if you want to eat before or after a film.
