Stayed in the Novotel across the street and after a very delayed flight from the US, we got to our hotel at 11:30 pm on a Saturday night. This McDonalds was the only place open to get any food wouldn't have been my first choice but it was ok. Pricey (but this is Switzerland, I guess). Happy Meal with 4 chicken nuggets 7.20 CHF. Big Tasty burger 8.30 CHF. Coke 3.90 CHF. One pack of ketchup, 0.20 CHF. In retrospect, we should have just grabbed food at the airport.
I order a menu plus something else to take away, I take 3 minutes to get home with an insulated bag, cold food, I call and the manager in the evening 07.03.24 tells me on the phone it 's not true, I know what I 'm selling , as if I don 't... And ends up telling me I don 't want to worry about it so the top manager! Really unpleasant!! As a result he offered me a portion of fries, how generous!
