I'm a litter perplexed rude shift managers: This location is directly across the street from Thornton Middle School and those that worked the shift today between 1pm 3pm were incredibly rude to the children, why? There was an Asian woman employee, wearing a gray jacket with a red hooded sweatshirt with hair in a bun at the top of her head, wearing a mask.. was down right nasty: yelling at the kids, tapping them on the shoulder saying they children had to leave. The store manager behaved very unprofessionally by yelling at a manager over something that wasn’t her responsibility. It's disappointing because he seems to be involved in an affair with a woman in her twenties, even buying her a car. He made inappropriate remarks suggesting that men are not faithful, which is troubling. It's hard to understand why anyone would take pride in cheating, especially when he has a family. Instead of supporting his workers, he prioritizes his personal life and mistreats his staff. The employees are there to work, not to be unfairly yelled at for issues beyond their control. I ordered through the drive-thru at 7:04 PM and didn't receive my order for nearly 20 minutes. To make matters worse, one of my items was forgotten. I ended up having to go inside and wait an additional 7 or 8 minutes to deal with a rude manager before finally getting my burger. The restaurant wasn't even busy—there were only two people dining in and one car in the drive-thru when I arrived. This was just very disappointing for a fast food place. I can honestly say this was the worst experience I've ever had at any McDonald's.
terrible customer service we tried to do two separate orders and they got it completely wrong the manager came over i don't know what her name was but she had the worst attitude. and was extremely inpatient. i've been to this mcdonald's multiple times already and the service gets worse and worse. i have no other words to explain but to just go to a different mcdonald's over near chase bank. over all terrible service.

I've visited this McDonald's three times, and each time my order was incorrect. My brother-in-law is diabetic and needs diet sodas, but they consistently mess it up. Management, please work on training your staff better!
The Stroopwafel McFlurry had been sold out for some time but was still listed on the menu. Compared to McDonald's in the Netherlands, this McFlurry wasn't as creamy, and the M&M's were overly sweet and chewy.

Love the mobile app, got large fries for only ! You got to pick up your order by the curbside. Service was fast and great customer service.

The service at this restaurant is really poor. This issue seems to be a persistent one. I wouldn't recommend spending your time here.
They were out of fries and brown sugar, which are fairly basic items. It feels like their quality standards are slipping.
