Since it took 30-45 minutes to get my order at the drive-thru the last few times, I decided to go to the store and order there today. It worked out fine, until I unpacked my food at home. In my box of 20 nuggets, there were two half-eaten nuggets?! Plus, there were several hairs on my burger! Guys! Are you serious? I threw away my food right away. That was definitely the last time.
The table reservation arrived quickly, complete (4 people), with all the necessary accessories, and plenty of napkins (which is unfortunately no longer standard elsewhere). Update from August 2, 2025: Apart from the fact that the tables could be improved, no change to the rating is necessary.
Eisenach Weststadt. The burgers were hot and fresh, the fries were soggy. The toilet was filthy, and the towels were gone. There was no response when I asked about it; the staff probably didn't understand me.
The staff seemed tired and irritated, and hardly anyone spoke proper German, which made communication difficult. The restrooms weren't particularly clean. Réservez une table maintenant
Fast service, super friendly, and clean. What more could you want (at a McDonald's)?
A monthly must-visit for McFlurry. Super-delicious coffee specialties and muffins.
