Let me preface this review by saying that I've managed a fast-casual restaurant before, so I know the difficulty that can be presented in stressful situations. Let me also say that I have never had a McDonald's mess up this badly. 7pm on 11/29, we got pulled for almost 10 minutes when only 2 cars went through behind us (I understand the need to have low ticket times, but if you pull us, our order better be right, ya feel? . We had a 6 piece glazed tenders meal and only got 4, see picture for how they were glazed partially. Missing dipping sauce for our other 6 piece regular tenders. Fries were cold, I mean actually cold, like they had been sitting in the bag waiting for the other food. When I called to get the correct order, no one picked up, it just kept ringing.
I visited various places and they are quite identical when I order the cheeseburger meal. The bread is always hard as if it were roasted if it wasn't. Stop the bag of the rolls open all day so the air to it and makes it hard and stale. Meat is usually also old. Maybe this is a McDonalds standard to serve burgers on hard bread. Obviously fresh food is too much to ask. You know well and well when you make the food that the bread is too hard and you wouldn't eat it. Everyone has to be withdrawn.
This place constantly forgets to pack all items. I will no longer visit this facility. Since the beginning of 2020, I have been here up to three times. Every three times things were forgotten. I got an attitude when I asked that these things be given to me rightly. I understand that everything you care about is driving times. However, you should probably focus more on drive thru accuracy.
