Mcdonald's - Réservation de table

I left feeling extremely disappointed. The staff was rude, ignorant, and disrespectful. While the new employees seemed friendly and social among themselves, they spent more time chatting and loitering than attending to the line of customers waiting. Additionally, I noticed them gossiping about patrons in Punjabi, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful.

I've lost count of how many times we've ordered from this location and they messed up the order. It's rare for you to recieve the food exactly as you ordered it. I have to check the bag thoroughly every time because something is always missing or they did not include some of the order.

The cashier was dishonest and took $1.20 of my change for himself. I only realized this after leaving, and it reflects poorly on their character. I didn’t feel it was worth arguing about, but it really demonstrates their lack of integrity. Réservez une table maintenant

Some of the nicest and well trained staff of any McDonalds I've been to. Always asking for my app Code, always smiling and friendly when I get to the window in drive-thru.Sometimes get the order wrong so 4 stars

They do an OK job here most of the time, about the same as the Walmart location, but not as good as in town Richmond
